Lumeris Visuals LLC

Where vision meets storytelling.

Wedding Videography

Videography captures the voices, laughter, vows, and energy of your wedding day, allowing you to relive how everything truly felt. It preserves those fleeting moments in motion and sound, creating a lasting memory you can revisit and share for years to come.

Your wedding day goes by quickly, and many meaningful moments can be missed or forgotten in the moment. Videography helps preserve those emotions, voices, and interactions so you can fully experience them later. Over time, those memories become even more valuable, giving you a way to reconnect with the day and share it with loved ones for years to come.

The video below is an example of what we can offer you to help remember one of the most special days of your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we really need a wedding videographer if we already have a photographer?

Photography captures moments. Video preserves memories.

Your wedding photos will beautifully freeze moments in time, but your wedding film lets you hear the vows, relive the speeches, see your first dance in motion, and experience the emotions of the day all over again. The two work together to tell the complete story of your wedding.

How long is a wedding film?

The length depends on the package you choose, but most highlight films range from 4–8 minutes.

We carefully craft each film to tell the story of your day while keeping it engaging and meaningful.

Longer documentary edits may also be available for couples who want more complete coverage of their ceremony, speeches, or special moments.

What style of wedding films do you create?

At Lumeris Visuals, we blend documentary storytelling with a cinematic visual style.

We focus on capturing genuine emotions, real interactions, and the natural flow of your day as it unfolds. Using professional composition, movement, lighting, audio, and editing techniques, we transform those authentic moments into a film that feels cinematic while remaining true to your story. The result is a wedding film that looks beautiful, feels immersive, and reflects your day exactly as you remember it.

Our goal is simple: create a timeless film that lets you relive your wedding day—not a reenactment of it.

How much coverage do I need?

Every wedding is different, but for most couples, we recommend coverage that begins during the final stages of getting ready and continues through the major events of the reception.

The amount of coverage you need depends on the story you want to preserve. Some couples prioritize the ceremony, vows, and speeches, while others want a more complete record of the entire day—from the excitement of getting ready to the energy of the dance floor.

When choosing a package, consider which moments would matter most to revisit years from now. Once the day is over, those moments can't be recreated. Our goal is to help you select enough coverage to tell your story naturally and completely without paying for time you don't need.

If you're unsure, we're happy to discuss your timeline and recommend the coverage that best fits your wedding day.

Do we require a deposit to reserve our date?

Yes. To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Because we accept a limited number of weddings each year, your date cannot be held until the deposit has been received. Once your booking is confirmed, your date is exclusively reserved for you.

We understand that wedding planning comes with many expenses, which is why flexible payment plans are available. We're happy to work with you to create a payment schedule that fits your needs while ensuring your coverage is secured well in advance of your wedding day.

Why do we call yourselves Videographers instead of Cinematographers?

You'll often hear the terms "videographer" and "cinematographer" used interchangeably in the wedding industry, but they traditionally mean different things.

A cinematographer is typically the Director of Photography on a film or television production. They work closely with a director to craft the visual language of a project, overseeing lighting, camera teams, lenses, and the overall visual style.

A wedding videographer, on the other hand, is usually responsible for capturing real events as they unfold while also handling many of the creative and technical responsibilities themselves.

At Lumeris Visuals, we proudly embrace the term videographer. Our goal isn't to create a movie set or manufacture moments—it's to document your wedding day as it genuinely happened. We focus on authentic storytelling, real emotions, and preserving memories that you can revisit for years to come.

While we certainly use cinematic techniques in our films, we believe honesty and authenticity are more important than industry buzzwords. Your wedding isn't a movie production—it's your story, and we're there to capture it as truthfully and beautifully as possible.
